We don’t sell or share or license any information to any third parties.
We may retain the information gathered, for example when contacting us via Customer Support, for as long as needed to provide Services (e.g. help fix your issue). We don’t retain any personally identifiable information from our customers and users, with the only exception of the personal information you disclose via e-mail or customer support contacts. You can ask us at any time to delete any trace of our e-mail or customer support interactions by contacting us at info@fsmonitor.com. You may request your registration information to be deleted directly by our partner FastSpring, who act as the Merchant of Records for FSMonitor. When doing this, you will lose the ability to use our paid services, as there will be no way to know that you are a customer.
When purchasing FSMonitor, you enter into an agreement with FastSpring (https://fastspring.com), who acts as our Merchant of Records. Therefore, we do not store or have access to your payment information. You can contact FastSpring for any questions at https://fastspring.com/contact.
In case of major changes to the privacy policy, or in the event of a merger or acquisition, we will inform of such events on our website and your options. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.
