Please read this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) before You purchase a license, download, or use FSMonitor (the “Software”) by Tristan Inc. (the “Author”).
By purchasing a license, downloading the Software, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree with the terms of this EULA, please do not purchase, download, or use the Software.
If You accept this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You warrant that You have the legal authority to accept this EULA on behalf of that company or legal entity and to bind it to these terms.
You may not accept this EULA if You are not of legal age to form a binding contract with the Author.
The Author may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email, by notice on the Author’s website, or by notice during installation or update of the Software. The latest version of this EULA is available on the Author’s website.
A license is assigned to one individual user. Each licensed user may install and use the Software on any Mac they personally use.
If the Software is used by multiple people, each person requires their own license seat. A license seat may not be shared by multiple users, including but not limited to coworkers, employees, contractors, or other members of an organization.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, share, or distribute Your license, license key, the Software, or any part of the Software to others.
Your license does not give You ownership of the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights to the Software remain with the Author.
You use the Software at Your own risk. The Software is provided “as is” without any warranty. The Author does not warrant that the Software is fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be liable for any damages related to the Software or its use, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other direct or indirect damages.
